Let us offer up a sacrifice of PRAISE to God continually!
The Autumn is a time for gathering in the harvest of hard work and endless hours of hoping for a favorable return on our investment of blood, sweat, and some tears. Sometimes, this comes with great sacrifice in the gardening adventure I embrace each year, and the results are all~ways because God has caused the increase.
In the Old Testament, sacrifices were obediently given to God by the Israelites, yet each sacrifice had to be acceptable and pleasing to God.
Sometimes, these amounted to a great cost for the giver, but it became a savory offering that God loved. To offer God thanksgiving in all things with a grateful heart is God’s will, according to 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 in the Bible.
Can you make it your goal to THANK GOD with PRAISE each day?
Think of 3 things you can praise Him for right now and be blessed with an ever-increasing grateful, content heart.
