With Thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
Thanksgiving is more than just a date on a calendar.
It’s more than an event of celebrating with friends and families.
It’s an attitude of the heart exercised every day over every situation.
We can be thankful and express this to others, yet have you ever considered expressing gratitude as you bring an area of concern before your Heavenly Father?
Praying with THANKSGIVING yields lasting benefits.
When I pray …
- I acknowledge that God listens, cares, and is more significant than any circumstance I face.
- I recognize that God knows the end before the beginning.
- I yield to His Sovereign Will that He will bring about what is best.
- I increase my faith as I express dependence upon God.
- I rest in peace knowing God is all-powerful, all-knowing, and present everywhere, so nothing I say surprises Him or is beyond His solutions.
- I rejoice in anticipation that He who is faithful will answer.
- I am transformed in character because I continue to trust in my Heavenly Father, Who loves me with everlasting love.
