Taste And See That The Lord Is Good

Worship God for renewing your spirit.
Psalm 103 verse one says,
“Bless the LORD, o my soul, and all that is within me,
bless His holy name.”
Blessings, we all welcome them. But did you know you can bless God?
He is blessed when we remind ourselves of His goodness.
He is blessed when we lift our voices in songs of praise.
He is blessed when we dwell together in unity with unconditional love.
He is blessed when we recount all the great things He has done throughout the ages and what He has accomplished in our lives.
Blessing God involves our whole being, initiating from our soul.
Throughout Psalm 103, King David reminds us not to forget and lists the benefits we receive when we bless God.
He tells us how the presence of God impacts our lives.
God FORGIVES ~ ALL my sins – done, paid for, with a reconciled relationship!
God HEALS ~ All my diseases – God can heal and RESTore!
God REDEEMS ~ my life from the pit – I am saved from hell, and heaven is secure!
God CROWNS ~ His steadfast love and mercy are lavished upon me!
God SATISFIES ~ I am content because He nourishes my soul with good things!
The end result is that we are RENEWED like the soaring of an eagle!
God is always good: His nature is unchanging, so we can rest in His steadfast nature and bless His Holy Name.
